Malik Ngom

Malik Ngom is a member of the Research and Strategy teams at ToltIQ. In this cross-functional role, he focuses on discovery and benchmarking work and on the longer-term strategy behind ToltIQ’s position in private markets due diligence.

Before joining ToltIQ, Malik spent his career in finance and operations roles at investment firms and project developers in the clean energy sector. Most recently, as Manager of Investor Development and Operations at Sunwealth, a clean energy investment firm, he owned capital reporting, coordinated deals from early-stage opportunity through closing and capital draws, and researched the RIA and institutional investor landscape. At BlocPower, he led project pricing and contracting for building electrification work nationwide and handled financial modeling, forecasting, and asset underwriting. He began his career with internships at Deloitte, Bitwise Industries, and Kapor Capital, and an early marketing role at WorknGo.

Malik graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

He is an avid traveler, reader, sports enthusiast, and bass player.
