Alix Leon — Engineer

Alix Leon is an Engineer at ToltIQ where he focuses on the architecture and development of the platform’s AI systems. Operating across the stack, he is responsible for engineering core API features and advanced agentic frameworks. He brings a comprehensive technical approach to the team.

Before joining ToltIQ, Alix served as an AI Engineer at TheCRM Corporation where he built large-scale voice and text-powered agentic platforms that served as the core interface between users and the company’s CRM system. Previously, he worked as a Quantitative Model Developer at Capital One, optimizing high-impact credit risk models and managing complex ETL processes to ensure accurate obligor ratings and regulatory compliance. While finishing his graduate studies Alix was a data and analytics instructor at Upright Education.

Alix earned his Master's in Statistics with a concentration in Machine Learning from Columbia University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from CUNY Lehman College.

Outside of work, Alix enjoys playing instruments, video games, solving puzzles, working on his open-source projects, and travelling the world.
