Introducing the ToltIQ MCP

The ToltIQ MCP for Claude and ChatGPT is a new feature that provides a convenient and powerful way to access your deal information as you work through your diligence process.

A direct line to your deals

Once enabled, your own Claude or ChatGPT environment gains a direct line into your ToltIQ deals and vaults, and reads from them the same way you would in the app. It respects the permissions you already have in ToltIQ, so you see what you're entitled to see, and nothing else.

Accurate at deal scale

ToltIQ processes every document first: read, structured, and indexed. A question returns only the pieces that answer it, an approach known as RAG. Answers stay accurate across thousands of documents, each cited to the source document, page, and passage.

Ways to use the MCP with ToltIQ

• Query firm-wide knowledge repositories. Load your firm's old IC decks, CIMs, and internal consulting reports into ToltIQ to benchmark against past deals. All of it becomes searchable and citable from inside Claude or ChatGPT.
• Run your saved prompts and workflows inside ToltIQ. Run a saved prompt, a full prompt collection, or a bulk analysis across many documents at once.
• Populate your PowerPoint and Excel documents. When creating slides or spreadsheets with your Claude or ChatGPT plug-ins, you can easily access your deal information to pull information from ToltIQ directly.

However you prefer to work, in the platform or through Claude and ChatGPT, the MCP connector is one more way to access ToltIQ's processing power and advanced analysis capabilities.
